App development
We design, build and improve mobile applications for ambitious businesses. From new product ideas to modernising existing iOS and Android apps.
A new app from the first flow, or the next version of an app that is already live. This is what the work looks like, from App Health Check to release.
From idea
From initial concept to a production-ready mobile application. We help with product strategy, UX/UI, development, integrations and launch.
Already live
We help you improve performance, introduce new features, modernise the architecture and strengthen your development capacity.
Cross-platform iOS and Android apps from one codebase, built with modern frameworks and proven architecture.
We develop, maintain and modernise React Native apps, with shared code and native capabilities where they’re needed.
New functionality for existing mobile products, from onboarding improvements to advanced integrations.
Advanced AI features such as voice agents, chat and assistants, built for real users, with safeguards where the AI could get it wrong.
Better architecture, up-to-date dependencies and a more stable codebase that’s easier to maintain.
Clearer user journeys, navigation and accessibility, and an interface that feels consistent.
Your app connected to existing platforms, third-party APIs and business systems.
We investigate crashes, slow loading, data synchronisation issues and other technical bottlenecks.
We work alongside your product team to deliver improvements and new features over time.
Launching an app is just the beginning.
As products grow, they need improvements, new features, technical maintenance and adaptation to changing user expectations.
Vindictive helps companies keep developing the products they’ve already invested in.
Let’s discuss your existing appThe App Health Check is a structured assessment that identifies where your app can improve: usability, performance and technical foundations.
A review of your app’s publicly accessible flows and user experience.
Potential focus
What we need
The app on the App Store or Google Play, or a test build. If the app has a login, we’ll need a test account.
A deeper technical assessment that requires authorised access to your app’s codebase, architecture or diagnostics.
Potential focus
What we need
Authorised access to the codebase and, where relevant, documentation, crash reports and logs. Confidentiality, including an NDA, is agreed before we start.
An App Health Check shows where the biggest opportunities are, but no review finds every issue. Without access to the code, we only assess what can be observed from the outside. Scope and price are agreed before we start.
From React Native apps to advanced AI solutions in production. We choose proven technology and build it to last.
With React Native, iOS and Android share most of the code, so new features reach both platforms at the same time.
TypeScript, a clear structure and automated builds make the codebase easier to hand over, test and build on.
Your app talks to your existing systems through APIs, instead of becoming yet another island.
An architecture that handles more users and features, and makes it quick to ship improvements.
We get to know the product, the goals, the technical environment and the business requirements.
We define priorities, scope and architecture, and a realistic development roadmap.
We develop features, implement improvements and check in with your stakeholders along the way.
We release, monitor and keep improving based on product needs and user feedback.
Timelines and price are set once the scope is clear, in a written proposal before anything is built.
Some companies need a complete development project. Others need an experienced technical partner who can work alongside their existing team.
Vindictive supports both.
A defined build with an agreed scope and price, set out in a written proposal.
One feature or improvement at a time, with scope and price for each delivery.
Architecture, technical decisions and code review when you need another experienced voice.
Reserved development time each month for your app, with scope and price in a contract.
One of us joins your team for an agreed number of days a week.
Availability and scope are agreed per engagement. If we’re full, we’ll say so rather than promise something we can’t deliver.

We are incredibly satisfied with the work that Vindictive Studios has done with our website for Vinitid!
From first contact to the finished website, they have been incredibly responsive, professional and committed to our wishes. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and made sure that every detail was exactly as we had imagined.
An extra big plus for the work with our order portal, which was both smooth, modern and easy to use. The result exceeded our expectations and we really feel that we have received a website that is absolutely perfect for our business.
It is noticeable that Vindictive Studios is passionate about what they do and that they really care that the customer will be 100% satisfied. We can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a creative, committed and professional partner for their website!

ExperienceFull-stack development / App development
The app was rebuilt as version 2.0 in 2026 and has in-app purchases, health data, Bluetooth scales, push notifications and an AI coach. 23 App Store versions in 2026.
Read about the experienceYes. We start by reviewing the codebase, the architecture and whatever documentation exists, so we understand how the app is built before we change anything. Then we tell you honestly what works, what needs fixing and whether we’re the right team for the job.
Whether you’re building something new or improving an existing product, we’d love to hear what you’re working on.
